Mark, your AI trademark guideRoh my mark

For licensed trademark attorneys

Trademark clients who arrive with the groundwork done

Oh My Mark owners search, prepare and track their trademarks with Mark, our AI assistant. When a matter needs legal judgment, they ask for a licensed attorney, and the request reaches you with the file already assembled.

Flat $49/month after verification, first 3 months free. You keep 100% of your fees.

How the attorney network works

From application to your first matter, here’s exactly what happens.

  1. STEP 1

    Apply

Tell us your bar state and number, any other admissions, years in practice, the trademark work you handle and how you charge. It takes about five minutes.

  2. STEP 2

    Get verified

We check your bar admission against the state bar's public records before you see any client. We email you when you're verified.

  3. STEP 3

    Start your listing

Once you're verified, start your listing from your inbox: a flat $49/month, with your first 3 months free. The price is the same however many requests you get, and you can cancel any time.

  4. STEP 4

    Set your availability

Switch new requests on or off whenever you like, and cap how many active matters you take at once. When you're at your cap, new requests stop until you finish one.

  5. STEP 5

    Review requests

When an owner asks for an attorney, we email you and the request appears in your inbox with the mark, the owner's name, the classes and why they need help. Run your conflict check, then accept or pass.

  6. STEP 6

    Take the matter

Accepting gives you the client's contact details and read-only access to everything Mark prepared: the application, office actions, the clearance search and draft responses. You engage the client directly.

  7. STEP 7

    Finish or step back

When your work is done, mark it complete with a note for the client. If you can't continue, step back and the request goes back out to other attorneys.

The matters clients bring

  • ✓Office action refusals, especially likelihood of confusion and descriptiveness
  • ✓Oppositions, cancellations and letters of protest
  • ✓Applicants domiciled outside the U.S., who must be represented by a U.S. attorney
  • ✓Owners who want an attorney of record to review and file for them
  • ✓Statement of Use, specimen and post-registration problems

Each file includes Mark’s analysis and drafts. They’re unreviewed AI work product, so treat them as a head start, not as advice.

The rules we keep

  • You pay a flat $49/month to be listed. Never a fee per request, per client or per matter.
  • We never take a share of your legal fees. You quote, bill and collect from the client yourself.
  • No paid placement. Every listed attorney with room sees the same open requests, and the first to accept takes the matter.
  • We don't recommend or vouch for any attorney, and clients are told that attorneys pay a listing fee.
  • Oh My Mark is not a law firm and doesn't direct your legal work. Your professional judgment and your engagement terms govern the relationship.

Attorney questions

How much does it cost to be listed?

A flat $49 a month, with your first 3 months free. It's the same whether you receive one request or fifty, and you can cancel any time from your attorney inbox. You're never charged while your application is awaiting verification.

Is this a referral fee or fee-sharing arrangement?

No. The listing fee is a flat charge for being listed, not a payment for any client or matter, and Oh My Mark never takes a share of what you bill. Rules on lawyer advertising and referral services vary by state, so confirm your own state's rules before joining.

Who gets each client request?

Every verified, listed attorney who is accepting matters and below their cap sees each open request at the same time. The first to accept takes it. Nobody can pay for priority, and passing on a request only hides it from you.

What do I see before I accept?

The mark, the owner's name for your conflict check, the classes, the application status and the client's own explanation of why they need help. Contact details and the full file unlock when you accept.

Do I need to be registered to practice before the USPTO?

For trademarks, no special registration is needed. An attorney in good standing with the highest court of any U.S. state, D.C. or a U.S. territory can represent trademark applicants before the USPTO.

Who are the clients?

Small businesses, founders and creators who searched for and prepared their trademark with Mark, Oh My Mark's AI assistant, and reached a point where they want legal judgment. Attorney matching is part of our Pro plan, so clients arrive with organized files and clear questions.

How do I bill the client?

Directly, on your own terms. The fee note on your profile tells clients how you charge before they hear from you, and you agree on scope and fees with them before doing any work.
