Search, filing and follow-through in one place
Meet Mark, your AI trademark sidekick. He searches the USPTO, prepares your application, tracks every deadline and drafts responses when the examiner pushes back. You stay in control of every signature.
Your first search with Mark’s full risk review is free after sign-up. No credit card required.
Watch Mark explain it in a minuteMark walks you through it, from your first search to your ®.
We search USPTO records for identical and confusingly similar marks and score each conflict by sight, sound and class overlap.
Mark drafts your goods & services in ID Manual wording, checks your specimen and assembles a complete, error-checked application.
You sign and submit from your own USPTO.gov account with our field-by-field packet, or a partner attorney files for you.
We check USPTO status daily, and every deadline lands on your timeline with reminders at 30, 14, 7 and 1 day.
If an examiner objects, Mark breaks the office action down, proposes a plan and drafts the response for your approval.
Every application has a live tracker: where it is, what happens next, and exactly what's due when. Office action response windows, opposition periods, Statements of Use, Section 8 and renewals are all calculated for you.

Add your trademarkMark is Oh My Mark's AI assistant: a friendly guide (and yes, he's AI, not a person) who walks you from your first search to your ®. He runs searches, drafts paperwork, watches the USPTO for updates and explains everything in plain English. He's not a lawyer, so he gives legal information rather than legal advice, and he never signs or files anything without you.
No. Oh My Mark is software that prepares documents, researches records and tracks deadlines. It doesn't give legal advice. When a situation calls for legal judgment, like arguing a likelihood-of-confusion refusal or an opposition, we say so and connect you with a licensed attorney.
You do, from your own USPTO.gov account (identity-verified accounts can't be shared), using the filing packet we prepare. On the Pro plan, if you want an attorney to file instead, we connect you with a licensed attorney from our network who files as your attorney of record and bills you directly for their work. Applicants domiciled outside the U.S. must use a U.S. attorney, so they need Pro.
The USPTO charges $350 per class, plus $200 per class if you write your own goods/services description instead of using ID Manual wording. We help you avoid the surcharge.
Typically 12–18 months: the first examiner review usually comes 6–9 months after filing, then publication, a 30-day opposition period and registration. Intent-to-use applications also need a Statement of Use.
Yes. Add it by serial or registration number and Mark reads the public USPTO record. Renewal Watch ($99 per mark, per year) watches it daily, reminds you before every Section 8 and renewal deadline, and prepares the filings.
