What we collect

Public USPTO records

Information you file with the USPTO, including the owner’s name, address and email, becomes part of the public trademark record. That happens when you submit to the USPTO, not when you save it in Oh My Mark.

How we use it

To prepare and track your applications, send the notifications you choose, process payments, provide support and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use providers to run Oh My Mark: hosting and database, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe) and AI processing (Anthropic) for analysis and drafting. They process data only to provide their services to us.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Account & billing, which removes your data from Oh My Mark. Payment records may be kept as required for tax and accounting.
